Since joining Flushing Kent Realty Management LLC in 2015, Anthony has completed more than $75 million in net lease transactions over the past five years. His leasing experience includes landlord rep on national and regional placements such as CityMD, KFC, and Wingstop, as well as emerging international and local brands expanding into the Queens Market. In addition to brokerage and leasing, Anthony oversees day-to-day property management operations, capital improvement initiatives, and lease analysis across the company’s portfolio.

Melba Miranda has been with Flushing Kent Realty Management LLC for more than 20 years and plays a vital role in the firm’s daily operations and property management activities. She oversees the day-to-day administration of the business, coordinating operations across a portfolio of more than 150 tenants under management.

With extensive experience in commercial property operations, Melba manages billing, rent collection, tenant coordination, and administrative processes that support the company’s long-standing relationships with both ownership and tenants. Her organization, consistency, and operational knowledge have made her an integral part of the Kent Realty team for over two decades.

Melissa has been with Flushing Kent Realty Management LLC for more than 12 years and serves an essential role in the firm’s day-to-day tenant and administrative operations. As one of the primary points of contact for tenants, she has built strong working relationships throughout the portfolio by assisting with questions, payments, and ongoing tenant concerns.

Melissa oversees financial reconciliation, file and records management, inbound correspondence, and outbound accounts receivable processes across the company’s managed properties. Her organization, responsiveness, and long-standing tenant relationships contribute significantly to the smooth operation of the firm and its portfolio.

Star Tashkent has been with Flushing Kent Realty Management LLC for more than 10 years and oversees several key operational and asset management functions across the firm’s portfolio. Her responsibilities include managing all real estate tax certiorari and assessment challenges, supervising the company’s maintenance division, coordinating partnership distributions, and overseeing building violation management and compliance corrections.

With extensive experience in property operations and regulatory coordination, Star plays a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and long-term value of the firm’s managed assets. Her hands-on approach and attention to detail help ensure that properties remain well-maintained, compliant, and efficiently operated across the portfolio.
